This way, school holidays and days off would show up and I would know when students are or are not attending. Is there any way to do this. This is a good idea we might be able to incorperate a monthly caledar into the website if not the program for the parents and teacher. Adding a monthly calendar of your studios teaching days would be ok but adding in the students to each day in the month view might not be practical.
But at this time there is not a way to do this. The way we deal with the problem is to post the School calendar at the front desk and in the studios for all to see. We make sure and add all the teaching holiday into the Holidays tab of the Defaults Page. This way when you create invoices, which inturn create lessons, you cannot accidentally schedule a lesson on a holiday.
